In this blog i am going to answer this question by giving you an example-:
Suppose there is a shop and you are the shopkeeper. Costumers come to the counter where you are sitting and demand a product. You go to the shop's shelf area take out the product from the rack and come to the counter again to handover that product to costumer. Now every time customer demands the product,everytime you have to go inside and bring the product for him makes you a little exhausted. You found a solution for this problem and from next day you put a small shelf near you and you put most running and demanded products in tha shelf so, you don't have to go inside again and again. Now a worker come to you and says that he will clean your shop for free. Because he is working for free so it is obvious that you will allow him to work. Now everyday what he does,he put that small shelf with most running and demanded products inside again and again. Now again you have to go inside to take that product out. Which increases load on you.
In the smartphone case your shop's inside shelfs are harddisk and shopkeeper is the processor,and the small shelf is the area near your counter is ram and that free service worker is the cleaning apps.
Now they clean your ram means they increase the load of processor which makes it slow and also it consumes more battery to work.
So I suggest you all that please don't download these kind of apps and if it is already downloaded in your phone then please uninstall it as soon as possible because it makes your phone less durable and increase your battery consumption
